Step 1 : Your brain
Its pretty simple. Eat healthy, drink water, sleep enough.
It simply just works! Its what the rich do anyways.
If you are dehydrated you will have a lack of motivation and wont be really "feeling it"
Good sleepers tend to eat fewer calories! (for you who care about how you look AKA everyone)
And well.. Your brain works better!
This is where it gets motivational.
Your schedule LITERALLY predicts your future. Its not how you grew up, or what is your net worth.
You only get 24 hours a day. Use them wisely. I repeat ONLY 24 HOURS!
Get your work done and stop wasting time! Every penny counts.
Step 3 : Goals goals goals!
I don't care if its unrealistic. If you goal is to get 1 million, cool. Remember, you will NEVER exeed that.
Put a number in your head. Close your eyes and think how it feels when you walk in to the car dealer ship or buy your dream house, travel where and when you want.
You got your number? Get ready for step 4
Step 4 : Its not "if i get there" its "how i get there"
So you have your number in your head, your life goals. Poor people say "Id be happy if i get this and this car.."
But you and i, we brainstorm HOW we get there. Its about WHAT I HAVE TO DO.
Don't think like an employee. Think like a employer. Don't rely on that paycheck
Do not procrastinate ! Time to:
Step 5 : Take actions.
You are going to make it! Its up to you when. Got your billion dollar business idea? Take actions!
Remember. You learn from your mistakes. If you don't fail you are not trying!
Step 6 : Your friends matter
You probably have heard "show me your friends and i will show you your future"
You want to surround your self with active and high performance individuals.
Just a small tip!
If you have a company. promotional pens are great! Going shopping? Drop a couple of these at the desk!
Everyone needs a pen. Right?
